“We have a unit that was install by Western about ten years ago. The unit has been pretty much trouble free for its in-service time. However this year it quit cooling so we got on the list and today was our appointment date.
Our technician was Rolando and he is for sure a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable employe of yours you should be proud. He did an outstanding job for us. We would be happy to have him back if we should need service again in the future.
