“I can’t say enough great things about Doug. He came out way after hours ON JULY 4th and had the problem identified immediately and fixed within 10 minutes. He was courteous and efficient. I had called the main office the Friday before to tell them my AC wasn’t working, and they initially set an appointment for the next Thursday. Luckily, I got online and chatted and they set me up with emergency service. Would highly recommend Doug to anyone having AC issues.”
