“Our A/C unit hadn't been serviced in many years and seemed to be cooling a little weak (iced up once on a hot day). So, we scheduled service as soon as we could (we're up in Donnelly). Turns out, Western has a technician living in the area, which was perfect and saved us the added trip charge to bring someone up from Boise.

Nick was right on time. He was very thorough and shared a lot of great information that will help us be aware and avoid issues in the future. Though the A/C was working ok per his measurements, he noticed an oddity about a spec on my particular unit that led him to dig a little deeper. He found that our old Carrier unit had been underfilled by 1lb of coolant from the factory, so he topped it off and our 15yr old system is cooling better than ever. Can't imagine a better service experience, and Nick was super friendly and helpful. I opted for the full yearly service, so he'll be back in the fall to check on the furnace.

I highly recommend Western, and in particular Nick. If you are up in Valley County and need any HVAC help I wouldn't go with anyone else.”
