“Johnny is a caring person. After finishing the maintenance and letting me know that the age of my furnace/AC and water heater was likely to be a problem soon, he asked if I had a CO detector. I said I did but my son-in-law hadn't installed it yet. He left and returned shortly. Said he came back to install the detector because if it was his grandma, he'd want someone to do it for her. What a kind thing to do. I really appreciated his caring attitude.”
