Travis explained the new thermostat and the new unit and was just about done explaining when my husband walked through the door home from work
Travis went out of his way to explain the whole thing every detail again from the unit to the thermostat to my husband
When I apologized to him for having to explain it all again he just looked at me with a smile on his face and said no worries I love talking about this stuff
I was blown away. What a great attitude
They stayed until almost 6 to make sure all our questions were answered WOW!
