“The guys showed up on time and worked diligently in over 100 degree heat to get the new furnace and AC unit installed and working. They were very professional and did a great job making sure that floors were covered in the areas they were working so that floors and carpet were not damaged in any way. Brennan took the time needed to explain how the new thermostat works and got that all set up for me with our wi-fi and an app on my phone. I was very pleased with the work they performed throughout the day and they were very friendly and courteous when I had interaction with them. I’ve used Western Heating and Air Conditioning for the entire 16 years that I’ve owned my home and I will continue to use them as long as they provide the same type of service that I’m accustomed to with them. Very satisfied!!!!”
