“Both Drew and Dave C were wonderful to work with. It was the 2nd hottest day of the year and they were replacing my a/c and Furnace. They smiled and answered my questions throughout the installation. Had some trouble connecting the new thermostat to WiFi, and Drew spent a lot of time working through that with me. When we couldn’t get it resolved, he set up appointments for me with the proper technician for the following week to work to resolve the problem. Thanks so much to both Drew and Dave.”
