“Both Dave and Brody are the ultimate professionals. They arrived on time, went immediately to work removing the old HVAC system and installing a new Carrier brand that is superior to the one they removed. Their work was done without any problems that I am aware of. They finished this big task in less than six hours working without breaks. The area around the HVAC was spotless and all traces of the installation were gone. I am relieved that from now on I will have no worries about either heat or AC! A job well done!”

“We called to inquire about a 1-time A/C maintenance service because you serviced our HVAC previously at our Meridian home that we purchased new in 2014. When we moved to a new construction home in Star in 2020, the HVAC was under warranty with another company that provided maintenance free for the first year. We had them back the next year but skipped any maintenance last year.
You scheduled us in May but then we got a call about a cancellation for this morning. Kevin texted and called to let us know he was on his way close to 8AM which was very helpful to us in scheduling the rest of our day. Warren met with Kevin and was very pleased with his experience and knowledge. Warren felt Kevin did a thorough job and found a minor freon leak that he repaired. Kevin also cleaned the outside unit and polished it so it looks brand new.
We are glad to see that the professionalism and knowledge of your employees hasn't changed in the 10 years we've been here, despite the increased competition from other HVAC companies that advertise heavily with misleading promotions and promises. Keep up the good work!”

“We had just moved into our brand new home and on the 2nd day there, our furnace wasn't working and we were without heat. Dustin K came out the same afternoon and was able to resolve our issue! Our contractors left behind a mess of paint, dust, scraps, etc that had clogged the furnace. We figured we would need to call our builder to get it cleaned up, but Dustin stayed and got the furnace area cleaned up so that our heat would start working again. He checked out everything else while he was there, to ensure it was all working properly. He was also super friendly and communicated everything he was finding. He went above and beyond, we were very happy with his service!”
