Joe showed up on time and courteous, accessed our roof (commercial plaza) and found the issue with the system. This required the ordering of parts and scheduling a second visit to install. Joe came back a day earlier than his estimate, performed the work quickly and our unit is functioning as needed again.

Scheduling with Rosemary was easy and she was very pleasant on the phone. She gave estimate of prices and also service plans for the future.
Joe, called in route to our address and when he arrived he was extremely professional and personable.
It took him very little time to diagnose the problem and he had the repair completed within 40 minutes.
Joe gave me three options for repair prices and the entire experience was very pleasant and I had full trust in his ability to diagnose and repair our AC system.

We originally needed a quote to replace an AC on top of our commercial building. The technician Bob C. was great. They had the quote to us very quickly and were so helpful with all the information. The next week our second AC unit stopped working. That's when Joe W. came out found the "problems" with two other units, suggested a solution, and let us know what we would need in the future to keep things running. We approved the work and Joe got things back up in running in no time. I can not recommend this company enough. They have been the best to work with, all the way around. “The experience started with Chris showing up at one of our rentals to give us an estimate on a new HVAC system. He was extremely friendly, confident and knowledgeable. We ended up going with Western after vetting out a couple of other competitors because of their good reviews, the product they carry (Carrier) and reputation. Chris was able to schedule an appointment for us rather quickly because of the upcoming warm weather. Jeremy was the gentleman who installed the new system in our rental. I think he must have had a helper because my tenants told me that “they” were polite, cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to have in the house. “We had a intermittent problem with our system where the fan would stop and restart while the A/C was running. Lloyd came out and in minutes had a list of potential problems established and a plan to solve them. He gave us one thing to try, and when that didn't solve the problem he came back out with parts from the rest of his list and replaced them. I was grateful to have that completed and working a/c before the heat of summer really set into the valley.”
