Russ was very polite, professional and thorough. I followed him around because I was, 1-intersted, 2- knew my husband would have a bunch of questions :). Russ diagnosed the problem, had the capacitor ready to be replaced, showed me how he tests the equipment. I felt like a knowledgeable technician when explaining the repair to my husband :).
