“Russ called when he was about 15 minutes away. He showed up right on time and got right to work. I told him of the troubleshooting that I had done. He found that the condensation pump was bound up and this was causing the fuse to blow. He took the motor apart, oiled the bearings and got it working again. He tested it out several times to make sure it would keep working properly. He finished up and was on his way to the next job. I am very happy with the results and quick response! We have had Western Heating for several years and had them replace our furnace and Air Conditioning unit about 5 years ago. They have served us well and I will continue to use them.”
