“Furnace had stopped working in the late evening so called Western Heating and Air the next day and they scheduled John to come out sometime that same day. He called 15 mins prior and when arrived he was very polite and professional. He seemed very thorough in his troubleshooting and did a great job explaining what he found. Unfortunately the part he needed wasn’t in stock so had to order. He verified the warranty and let me know the part was covered and gave me an estimate for the labor. This was Friday afternoon. Got a call on Monday that the part should be here that day and got on the schedule for the next day to repair. With the weather turning cold this could have been a very stressful situation however Western Heating and Air took the stress out of it with their quick and professional response. I would recommend them to others.”
