“Mike gave my 20-plus year old heating unit a thorough and much needed cleaning. He took pictures of the inners and found rust in heat exchanger area and lots of oil leaking from the motor. He ran a test that shows it was leaking co2 through my home vents, which my detectors didn't warn me about. I truly appreciate his thoroughness and have ordered an entirely new unit be installed at Western's reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company and their technicians.”

He returned a few minutes later advising the part was local and could be available later in the afternoon. He returned before the part could be delivered and started removing the old board. When the part arrived, it was a bit different in size and layout, but he skillfully installed it and the unit ran fine. He was very personable and professional, explaining what was going on and pointing out some potential future issues. If he is an example of all your employees, you have a great team!”
