“Dessa was very professional. She talked with me about what her intent was for this service call. I added that I have previously requested from a Tech to have our water heater placed on contract as an “add” each spring. Somehow it was missed, but she was ready and prepared to also service our water heater along with our air conditioner. She took it in stride and didn’t miss a beat. At the end she assured me that the water heater would be added in every spring. I found her to be positive, friendly and very accommodating. With her busy schedule she still made time to service our water heater despite it not being on her work order. Great service!!!”
