“Travis and Travis came at the scheduled time frame. Were very friendly and professional and installed/replaced our failing furnace heater in a timely manner. They also went over everything with me regarding the new system. All of this on Christmas Eve!!!! We can't thank Western Heating and Air enough for the great service. They were also able to get a manufacturer rebate on the old system so we saved a ton of money on the new unit. Thank you again Western Heating and Air. “Todd was exactly on time and called me before arriving to ensure that I was home and ready for the furnace service. He wore his PPE equipment the entire time he was at my home and maintained 6' of distance to provide COVID protection. He also wore shoe coverings to protect our floors. He was very respectful and polite the entire time he was servicing our furnace. He did find a problem with our furnace's capacitor and let me know my option. I had him replace it and he was able to do that quickly. I received a follow-up email from Todd later outlining the condition of our furnace. I was very satisfied with the service that I received from Todd.”
