“Russ is always awesome. We've been lucky to have him a few times now. He is super professional, always lets me know when he arrives and when he is done, explains what he is doing or what he recommends. Today he checked furnace and air filters, showed me that our air filters has 50% life left, however our humidifier filter was jam packed with mineral deposits and it has been a year since it was put in. He showed me the old one and showed me a new one so I could see the difference. He got our new one in and was done pretty quick. Overall, always a great experience with Western and with Russ. Glad we are Blue Ribbon customers.”
