“The technition who came on 1/14/21 to do a Blue Ribbon Maintenance check, noticed a crack in the furnace and unable to fix. Very nice gentleman. Let us know that he had contacted the office and they would contact us to send someone out to discuss options about replacing the furnace and water heater. Paul came out right away. He showed us the option we had and prices. Discussing our needs and the size of our home, we decided on the more expensive “Carrier” furnace. Paul was kind and brought us some space heaters to keep us warm over the weekend. Dakota and his team arrived early 1/18/21. All worked very hard through the day to get our life back to normal. All were kind and professional. Everyone wore masks and shoe coverings when working inside the house. We love the new furnace, quieter and heats home up faster. We get hot water faster too.
