“Llyod was on time and courteous. He had been at my condo before and went right to work replacing two filters in my air purifiers. We discussed having them replaced 3 times a year instead of two. I suggested that two of the filters may have been changed only once a year as they were really dirty. He immediately wrote the date of installation on the replaced ones so that there would be no doubt or questions.
