Kevin S did an excellent job servicing our furnace and AC. He even spent time troubleshooting a condensate drain that wasn’t draining properly, including crawling through the crawl space with me to identify the problem. It turned out to be a plumbing issue but he helped clean it and get things working again. I would recommend Western anytime.”
