“I am part of the Blue Ribbon program and Joe Reyes came to my home this morning to check everything and change my filter. I was very happy with my service, as always. I appreciate the call and text ahead of time to let me know the technician is on the way and Joe was prompt to arrive. Joe was professional, respectful and efficient! He even asked for a hose so he could clean off the outside unit. Lastly, he gave me a summary of everything that he did at the end of the service, which I really appreciated. Thanks Joe, you rock!”
