“Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and we woke up to a 60 degree house on a Friday. I called Western at 8 AM that morning and Bob was on site by 10:30 AM. Bob was very knowledgeable, cordial, and ultimately very sympathetic as he informed us that our system (installed in 1983) was in need of immediate replacement due to its age and significant wear. Bob's early arrival (originally scheduled for 12 PM with a note that any earlier would be greatly appreciated) left enough time for a Project Manager (Sam) to arrive that afternoon at 1:30 PM to see the system and provide a quote for replacement.
Sam was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable as we toured my 1957-built house (and all of its oddities and shortcomings) and figured out what it would take to get a new system installed. Sam turned around a proposal for the system replacement within an hour and as I sit here writing this on Tuesday morning at 8 AM, the Western crew is here replacing the system and getting our house back to a comfortable home. I have been very impressed with this entire experience and fully recommend Western Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone and everyone who will listen!!”
