“Technician was on time. Introduced(ID) himself. Asked if we had any questions or concerns before he started . Briefly went through the procedure check list with each unit. Asked about water source to use and any other info on the fence, yard, animals.
After completion he went through check list of maintenance items and asked if we had any other questions or concerns.
He was very professional and personable. He knows his work and is a great representative of the Western Heating business and family.
When I was at a local business later in the morning….he was headed out of town ( or to another service)…he recognized me and had a friendly wave. Not a part of your service training…..but certainly appreciated! Sue”

Did a fantastic job getting all that work done in one day and had time to walk me through setting up the App on my phone. They had to tear out an old system and when they got done, everything looked like it was an original new install. Again, fantastic work and service!
