“I don’t remember the technicians names, but we had 2 new hot water heaters installed in our older home in Boise. It was great to have Jason Guinn as our project manager. He was great at coordinating, giving us the cost estimate, and answering a few follow up questions that I had.
He was also a wealth of information on advising on the benefits and challenges associated with putting tankless hot water heaters in our older home( which we decided not to). Anyway, the technicians were great too, and we were impressed with Western for sure!”
