“I was very impressed by the knowledge and dedication to the mission expressed by Dustin and Loman Baeta in removing and replacing our AC/Heat Pump system yesterday.This was not an easy or straight forward job as they had to drag the old system up through a narrow opening in a closet floor. They then had to (carefully) do the reverse with the heavy new fan, heat exchanger unit. Through out the entire day they maintained an exuberant up-beat attitude, obviously enjoying their work as well as working together. They were fun to be around and always willing to stop and explain what they were doing and why. The install did not go entirely smoothly and, having worked in construction and maintenance myself, I appreciated Dustin's ability to problem-solve and stay focused until everything was working correctly. He was also very patient with me at the end of the day (no doubt tired and hungry) explaining the various abilities of the complex thermostatic system. Western obviously selects their technicians with great care and trains them well. I'm very glad we found this company 15 years ago when we moved from Alaska and continue to be impressed with them. I would highly recommend Western to anybody needing reliable Heating/AC repair work or the installation of a new system.”
