“If there was a negative I would put that. Supper disappointed with the original purchase of our air conditioner unit. But less than a few years later it takes a dump (still under (Warranty) but western was even questing that.. but called almost 2 weeks ago .. several visits from them and I am sitting STILL IN AUGUST in Boise with no AIR!!!! I will NEVER do business with them again.”
