“My furnace starting acting up and wasn't working properly. So my fiancé suggested that I call Western Heating. Loyd came out and was ready to get to the bottom of the issue. I explained to him what I tried to do and that this time it wasn't any of the maintenance options i tried. He started looking through things and had determined that my motor might be the issue. But he kept looking at things and determined that the little water access tank was full and that something was clogging the drain. So he took that apart and cleared it out and emptied the tank and there just like that my motor was back running like a champ and my furnace starting working again. Loyd saved the day.”
