“Gas water heater not working, pilot light wouldn't spark, no hot water, on a Friday of course. Called for appointment for the next day and Kaleb was promptly here on Saturday morning. He checked things out and it was apparent that the water heater was not working and needed to be replaced. He was able to do the replacement by 2pm that day when the new one was working and heating the water. He was very informative about what was going to be done, the cost involved and how soon the replacement would be performed. He left things in good shape. Thanks Kaleb!!”
