“We had a problem with noise from one return vent. The other return vent covers never got dirty. We had the ducts cleaned 3 times, a new HVAC system installed, and a couple repair calls. No one could figure out the problem. Scott C found it – a huge chunk of insulation was blocking 2 return vents. That's why we had annoying noise from the biggest return and why the other 2 covers never got dirty. Thank you Scott – you're awesome!”
