“Russ was promptly here when he said he would be and called first to let me know when he was coming. This is less than 24 hours after I originally called yesterday for an appointment, and this is the week before Christmas. Im very impressed by how quickly I was able to get someone out to help me as my house was getting pretty cold. I also received an email and text from Western letting me know who the technician would be with his picture. Russ was very friendly and professional and explained what he was doing. He was able to get my heat working again by cleaning my flame sensor, since it was a quick fix he checked everything while he was in there to be sure it was right and made sure it was working correctly for a while before leaving. Im very happy with the service and professionalism from Russ and not only will I continue to use Western going forward like my parents have, but I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service.”

“Russ came to check why our furnace was not working on Monday. He showed up at 4ish and diagnosed the problem, bad motor. The one on the truck had been previously installed and would not work. New motor came from Caldwell, ID today and Russ came back and installed the motor , and check to make sure everything was working correctly. Russ did a very professional job, would highly recommend him. The office staff however could use some help. It was very obvious that know one communicates with each other. We were told early today the part was in Caldwell, but it had to be shipped and not replaced until Thursday. This meant we were without any heat for four days, no t . We have been Blue Ribbon customers for almost 30+ years, and I guess that means nothing anymore.Overall we have been happy with the service we have received, but there needs to be some changes. You don’t treat customers in this fashion.”
