“Josh was punctual, professional, pleasant, polite, neat and cleaned up after he finished. He was there for regular maintenance and found something that needed to be repaired on my air conditioner. He showed me pictures on his phone and then physically showed me what the issue was. His explanation was in verbiage that I understood. WENT THE EXTRA MILE WITH SERVICE: I had a burnt out light bulb in the ceiling by the thermostat in which I had not changed out yet. Josh asked me if I had a replacement bulb; I did; he used his ladder to replace my ceiling bulb. He did not need to do that, but I appreciated it since climbing on ladders at age 73 makes me nervous. So, thank you Josh!”
