“An excellent experience. Shane was a very professional and helpful project manager who was very informative and easy to work with. He immediately got back to me on questions concerning particulars of his initial breakdown and estimate, and made everything easy.
Stetson and Evin, were exceptional technicians from the start. They came completely prepared, discussed everything, and immediatley got to work handling a really big job – air conditioner, gas furnance, hot water heater, and water filtration set up. I quickly realized that they were highly skilled and took pride in their work. Their performance, and the results were outstanding – as was evident by the city and county inspectors who commented on the standard of the installation. Their willingness, after a very long, hot, and smokey day, to take me completely through the installation and teach me everything I needed to do concerning operating and maintaining the systems was made very easy to understand and helpful.
Overall, I found the price to be very reasonable in comparison to other HVAC companies, yet I received very high quality, very well thought of equipment. And… of course when it comes to HVAC, the most important thing is often the installation. I've been through many traumatic home and vehicle repair situations, I very rarely leave reviews (only in positive cases), but this one was unusually excellent.”

“Our air conditioner had stopped blowing cold air so we called Western because they had replaced our old unit several years back and they were terrific. Of course this happened on a late Saturday afternoon and the temperature was hovering around 98 degrees however, in less than an hour and a half Bob showed up an was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get our unit working properly.
