“He arrived at the specified time, introduced himself and told us what he was going to do. He wanted to know where the air conditioner was located. I told him he could go through the house to reach the back yard. He asked if there were an outdoor route and elected to take that one. Good manners! He was at the air conditioner for an extended time but sought me out to say the unit would not turn on and suggested that it was a switching unit and gave several cost options for replacement. I asked him to leave the failed item which he did. He apparently installed the unit and fixed the problem as the air conditioner worked. He then replaced the cartridge in the humidifier.
He was friendly and easy to talk to. He was well mannered and very likeable. He was apparently knowledgeable as he fixed an unexpected problem. I liked him!”
