“Russ Lantz exemplifies Western Heating and Air Conditioning's company culture in his professional training and customer care. Russ walked me through the maintenance with the water heater, heater and AC units showing me the detailed photos of the heater's oil leak and crack in the metal of this 19 year old unit.
He took the time to look at all the options and heater parts replacements and how each could be repaired and maintained. We discussed the safety factors involved with this process and I decided to have all three units replaced with Western's Carrier warranted equipment. Thank you Russ for your expert time and care for safety and energy efficient unit replacements! Russ called Shane who came out to discuss the installations and GreenSky deferred loan. “They did a very good job on the cleaning and were polite. The only downside was that I asked Scott what was one of the craziest things they found when cleaning and he went very into detail about a couple of incidents and how he handled them was…a little odd and probably should have called the police but opted not to because he didn't want "some kid waiting for him in the parking lot with a baseball bat."
Other than that interaction, they did a great job.”

“Lloyd is well-versed in understanding all aspects of HVAC and humidifiers. Our 28 year old furnace wasn’t connected to our 8 year old humidifier. (This is a newly-purchased home) He connected them and made it look easy. It would have taken me forever and I would still have failed to connect the systems. He had a young technician with him who was also very attentive and helpful. A-Plus Service!!”
