“Brett Hoopes, your service technician, serviced our air conditioner/heat pump on 9/9/26. He thoroughly inspected and tested the unit. While doing diagnostics he found that the TXV valve was malfunctioning. He made adjustments but was not able to correct the function, and informed us that it would need to be replaced. He sent us an estimate the next day. Brett was efficient, thorough, and courteous. He performed the necessary work, and sent us the estimate for the necessary repair work in a timely manner. I would recommend Brett to others for his professional service.”
