“David was professional and focused. He did a lot of trouble shooting before finding the problem; a pair of loose wires in the box which could have led to something serious. He fixed the problem and we greatly appreciate him and his good work. Well done David and Western!
One note: his apprentice had checked the box when they arrived and had failed to notice the loose wires. If David had checked it first the bill might have been several hundred dollars less. We understand the need to train the next generation of electricians but are not to excited about having to pay for it. But that said, we appreciated the work of both and are grateful they could find and repair the problem the same day we called. Thanks for making us a priority!

On top of that, he also took the time to address a rattling issue with my furnace that had been bothering me for a while.

He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
