“This team is excellent! They are very professional, knowledgeable to install new furnace that may present some unusual circumstances, and personable. It took them many hours to remove old furnace and install new one. They did so with dedication and diligence. Also, Travis and Ian were very patient with my questions and educating me. Several years ago, our air conditioner had to be replaced. Travis was one of the crew who did it. This is a high compliment to Travis and his work ethic….and to Western Heating as a good employer.
