“We have been using Western for over 20 years. Always on time, always do a great job at keeping our heat/air working perfectly. New furnace installed a couple of years ago …. short story, went to turn on the heat and it blew flames out the front! Called Dennis, he was right on it, did everything he could to get a new furnace ordered and installed quickly. Had a new water heater installed, they came in and did all the proper venting, etc. (existing water heater wasn't installed properly). I can only say SUPER POSITIVE things about Western. Russ is super nice and has a great sense of humor, makes the process most enjoyable. I won't go anywhere else.”
