“Air conditioner quit working. Discovered that the disconnect panel wiring was arching and was fried. Called Western Heating & Electric on Sunday afternoon. Had a text the next morning indicating that an electrician would be out in the afternoon. Jeff and Nate arrived as scheduled, quickly identified the issue, and made the necessary repairs. Very friendly, professional, and efficient. Also charged a fair price for the panel replacement. I would highly recommend.”

The turnaround time was fast and the person on the phone was energetic and fun to talk with. The technician came out and was respectful. We talked through all options before he worked, as I was interested in a maintenance plan. We settled on a good solution for that day that would ensure I also get my fall maintenance as well. I have chickens and ducks and he asked me about them too. I hope he liked those duck eggs i gave him!”

I am paying for a maintenance plan and do not feel it is worth the money. In addition, I had to pay money yesterday for addtinal services. This is by far the worst experience I have had with any organization while owning multple homes.”
