“Overall the technician was very friendly, however he was at our home for all of about 10 minutes and did not test our system to see why the air wasn't circulating. He advised we simply change our filter-which WAS helpful advice as we had not known the frequency that the filter should be changed. However, there was no change to the quality of air flow. Additionally, it was rather disappointing that the tech tracked wet, dirty shoes through our home to get to the unit out back.
I wish there would have been a bit more of a comprehensive inspection done before charging us almost $100 and leaving.”
