“Good follow up from the office. Frank called ahead of time and was on time to the appointment.
He spent about 15 minutes replacing the part in our AC unit. All of that was great.
I'm in the "membership program", which is supposed to help reduce costs. I don't think that helped me any on this bill as the part (about the size of a pop can) and the installation cost almost $400.00! That is a quite an uplift relative to some of the other companies in town. (~$100 higher)
When I mentioned this to the office, they seemed to recognize that but noted any replacement or maintenance will be covered under a 5-year warranty. I was not able to purchase the part and install without the warranty.
Honestly, I considered going to another business in town with more reasonable prices but we were on the verge of an AC failure and I went with the extra cost to avoid starting all over with scheduling, troubleshooting and installing a replacement with another company.”
