“Our air conditioner had stopped blowing cold air so we called Western because they had replaced our old unit several years back and they were terrific. Of course this happened on a late Saturday afternoon and the temperature was hovering around 98 degrees however, in less than an hour and a half Bob showed up an was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get our unit working properly.

“Our air conditioner was not cooling. Made a service call late Tuesday afternoon, and Joseph was here by 9:00am Wednesday. Within 5 minutes, Joseph found a leak in our condenser coil. He was able to fix the hole instead of replacing it saving us a TON of money and a 7 week lead time for the part. Joseph was done before I knew it, and our business was back to a comfortable temp. Thank you Western for the prompt service but more importantly, thank you Joseph for taking the time to fix the issue in an amazingly timely manner with GREAT customer service and knowledge!
