“Kaleb is a nice kid so this review isn't about him. But my general complaint is that when your people come out as part of the blue ribbon program they seem to always find something wrong. I'm not saying this is true but it honestly feels like $1000 plus expense is coming when your team comes out. This visit yesterday, between the inducer part and blue ribbon, is another $2K. I actually didn't want to do the blue ribbon and was told well basically the service charges for repairing this would be close to the blue ribbon. It feels like you want customers on this plan so you can come out and find reasons to repair more. I lived 20 years in a house earlier in my life and never had service and never had problems and expenses. Now, at least every other year I have something that needs to be addressed. I am not saying that the inducer didn't need to be replaced – it very well might have. But its just the cumulation of events that makes me wonder. The other frustrating thing is your cost on water heaters, water softeners, etc. Maybe people choose these from you because it's convenient, your people are already there, but a smart person would shop around. $3K to $7K on a water softener is ridiculous. Maybe the Californians won't blink but I hope other Idahoans do. Sorry I'm ranting but this has been frustrating to say the least. I am not sharing this information pubicly as that's not who I am. I just want you to know how i feel. No response needed and no action needed. Thanks Todd”
