On top of that, he also took the time to address a rattling issue with my furnace that had been bothering me for a while.
Kaleb was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s hard to find technicians who are both skilled and genuinely care about doing the job right, but Caleb definitely fits that description.

“We have been using Western for over 20 years. Always on time, always do a great job at keeping our heat/air working perfectly. New furnace installed a couple of years ago …. short story, went to turn on the heat and it blew flames out the front! Called Dennis, he was right on it, did everything he could to get a new furnace ordered and installed quickly. Had a new water heater installed, they came in and did all the proper venting, etc. (existing water heater wasn't installed properly). I can only say SUPER POSITIVE things about Western. Russ is super nice and has a great sense of humor, makes the process most enjoyable. I won't go anywhere else.”
