“Our furnace was getting serviced and was found to be spitting out 13 ppm for Carbon Monoxide inside the house. Johnny showed the reading, explained what it most likely was based on what he could see with a camera and shut out unit off for safety. Due to the way Johnny handled the situation as well as previous experiences with Western HVAC there wasn't an urge or second thought of seeking a second opinion. Johnny was able to get us a quote and found that our unit was under warranty for parts so those were covered. We did experience some shipping delays that was more the fault of the manufacturer of our unit and not on Western HVAC, however, they went out of their way to put us first in line for scheduling once parts arrived. One they were in, we had Johnny back out the next day and 3 hours later we have heat! It was nice having the same technician throughout the entire process.”
