He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and I will highly recommend him to anyone needing these services. Both Dustin Valdez and Brennan Braun were installers of my new Carrier air conditioner and furnace on August 1st, and performed excellent work with awesome professional service and courtesy!! “A previous technician from Western examined my HVAC system and found it was low on coolant. He left options to consider. I called in two days and requested a type l test and to add coolant. An appointment was made for the next Tuesday and Jason sent an e-mail to confirm date and time. He arrived promptly, did a test and found a slow leaking valve. He replaced the valve and checked for any other leaks. Jason was professional, very informative and explained everything he did in detail. I was impressed with his earnest approach to find and solve the problem, which he did in just a few minutes. A terrific technician and wonderful representative for his company. My house is cool and comfortable once again! Many thanks to Jason!”
