“A previous technician from Western examined my HVAC system and found it was low on coolant. He left options to consider. I called in two days and requested a type l test and to add coolant. An appointment was made for the next Tuesday and Jason sent an e-mail to confirm date and time. He arrived promptly, did a test and found a slow leaking valve. He replaced the valve and checked for any other leaks. Jason was professional, very informative and explained everything he did in detail. I was impressed with his earnest approach to find and solve the problem, which he did in just a few minutes. A terrific technician and wonderful representative for his company. My house is cool and comfortable once again! Many thanks to Jason!”

From the salesman who gave me the replacement bid and the told me exactly what they would do to the scheduling of my appointment within 4 days, to the installers, (sorry, I didn't get your names), everything was clean and thorough and if the they saw any additional problem ie. air ducts under the house that were not connected or the caulking falling off the heat vent, they fixed it. The job was done cleanly. My chocolate lab, Penny, supervised and also approved of having a cool house again. Great team, great job guys! Five stars!”
