“Josh and David showed up at 8 on the dot and got right to work. They worked quietly and efficiently. They had music on in the garage, but I never heard it until I went out there, so that was fine. Josh helped set up the new thermostat and answered all of my questions. When the work was finished, they cleaned up well and then showed me everything and answered all questions before they left. The furnace is working great (and quietly), and I'm looking forward to the new AC in the summer! Note: the inspector was 100% happy with the installation, and made nice comments about the consistent good quality of Western's work!”

Drew went way above and beyond by telling me about a couple problems that he discovered in both in the crawl space and on the roof as they were doing the install. Drew actually took the time and effort to fix the dryer vent problem in the crawl space. That was definitely way beyond any expectations but genuinely appreciated. Both technicians were polite and respectful and left all areas of work as clean or cleaner than when they arrived.
