“Clayton was asked to look at our ductless AC that was leaking water when he was scheduled to come for our semi-annual blue ribbon service. He generously focused his attention on the problem that was very very pressing for us. He analyzed the situation and found a burned-out pump was the culprit. He ordered a pump for us, and then he was able to come back within just a few days to complete the job. We appreciate Clayton's friendly demeanor and his thoroughness with his work on our systems.”
