My furnace had issues in Jan. Western would not come out for a couple days unless I signed up for their service plan that’s like $35/mo. They know you are between a rock and a hard place in January during a cold spell. With a family at home and a furnace not working I signed up for the plan so my family could sleep in a warm house that day. They came out, for $1,000 they replaced a $250 part in 3 hours. A couple days later I cancelled my service plan. They kept charging me for months and months. Finally today I called when I noticed this. They have the conversation on record and confirmed I cancelled it back in January. Apparently it’s a $190 min (they didn’t mention this) to sign up for the service so I get back $26. These guys are a joke. I’ve worked in construction estimating as a sub contractor in the valley for 20 years. It’s wild how they get you from every angle. NEVER use western heating and air. I’m going to tell everyone I know. The company I work for has been using them for a long long time. That’s going to end if I have a say.
If you want a company to be fair and honest. I get making hay while the sun is out. Western is not the HVAC company for you. Look elsewhere. Thanks!! I’ll keep spreading the word to everyone I know and on social media.”

Scott also discovered that my dryer was too close to the wall and not venting properly, which he fixed.
