On 12/9/24 Ken Tokowitz called to let us know he was on his way after the office sent us a photo of Ken etc. it’s hard to believe that Western continues to provide Technicians as experienced and professional as Ken Tokowitz but they manage to hire the best in industry. Ken Was very informative, extremely knowledgeable and professional…, a very thorough and pleasant young man. Western Heat and Air offers a great service with their Blue Ribbon Program and terrific Technicians like Ken Tokowitz.”
