“Just left a recent review on the diagnostic part of the repair so this is part 2. Part came in and the technician, John Lehman came back out and installed the part in about 15 minutes. Furnace is now up and running. Once again John was friendly, professional and did a great job. I'm satisfied with the work and will continue to recommend Western Heating and Air to others. However, I'm a little confused about the total cost of the repair verses the amount of time it took to install the part. This was a warranty repair so according to the warranty the cost of the part was covered. The estimate stated that the price to me included labor, miscellaneous materials, processing of the warranty and any applical shipping and handling. Diagnostics were already paid for on the first visit. I had expected the labor to be the biggest part of the estimate but that doesn't seem to be the case with the amount of time it took to do the job. Be nice to maybe get a breakdown of the costs so I'm not surprised by the short time it took to replace the part.”
