“We have had a problem with our 17-year-old A/C unit coils freezing up on and off over the past two summers- Doug checked out our system and found what the issue was and made the necessary repairs. Very thorough and efficient. We have had other companies out to troubleshoot the system over the years, but I feel confident that Doug with Western diagnosed the real problem and made the correct fix.
