“Ken went above and beyond in showing me and explaining all of the steps he took to troubleshoot and diagnose that the capacitor was bad on my AC unit. He replaced it, lightly pressure washed the unit, did a really quick inspection (lookover) of the furnace and found disconnected wires that controls the safety shutoff to the furnace when the drain line is filled with water and reconnected them. When he changed the filter in the furnace, he recognized that a standard 4" filter could not be installed because some metal flaps were hanging down, so he simply snipped them and bent them up so that a correct 4" filter could be installed instead of the flimsy 1" filter that was in there. He stayed until temperature readings were well within the required specifications. I am beyond impressed and extremely grateful for his king, genuine, and professional service.
