“Russ came out to service our A/C as Part of our Blue Ribbon service. He is very professional and very informative answering any questions I may have. I appreciate the time he takes in explaining things as he goes along with the service. He did discover a small issue with our A/C unit but quickly diagnosed it and corrected the issue. I've been using Western for a long time now and feel very confident in their service and their equipment. We had them install a brand new Carrier HVAC system 3 years ago and are very happy with it. We are especially happy with the A/C unit because compared to the old unit it is so quiet. All I can tell anyone reading this review is to check this company out because you won't find one better here and I tried a few before Western. Hands down the best!”
