“A small leak in my water heater was detected by the Western service person, Spencer Mullins when he was servicing my furnace. I was so thankful that he showed me the issue as I hadn't noticed it. Spencer and Michael Lotts returned soon thereafter to make the repairs. I found them both to be professional and thorough in their work and in keeping me informed regarding the repairs.
Once the water heater repairs were finished they made sure to check the flow from faucets and took great care and time in making sure the sediment in the lines that resulted from the repairs was cleaned from the faucets and left things working just as they should.
I feel great that my furnace is working well and a potential emergency with my water heater has been adverted.”
