“We considered four different Treasure Valley HVAC companies to replace our old gas furnace and air conditioning system. We researched consumer reviews and reliability ratings to determine which brand of equipment to choose for long life, reliability and value. During the proposal stage, we had one company try to pressure us into immediate replacement, claiming our gas furnace was unsafe and needed to be shut down. This was debunked by the three other HVAC companies. Our gas furnace was old, and on its last legs, but it was not unsafe, just unreliable. We were appalled by that company's dishonesty. Beware of this type of high-pressure sales tactic and always get a second opinion.
