“Doug was very efficient and courteous. No complaints about service. Not happy with charges, however. This was a replacement of a furnace blower motor ( that you sold us) that died in less than two years and was still under warranty. So charges of $358 for labor for less than 1/2 hour of work seems excessive. On top of that to charge $95 to determine I had a defective part under warranty doesn’t seem right to me.
Anyway, it appears that the system is working again. Five stars for service, one star for charges.”
