“He called ahead when he was on his way to tell us his ETA. When he arrived he was polite . I gave him all of the info from the last few days experiences and troubleshooting both on my own & online as well as with my son who installed the thermostat. I shut off all of the options in the thermostat so we could just control the heat alone and it would not function properly. I called specifically to see if it was the thermostat failing or an issue with the heater. He reviewed all of the settings on the thermostat and then went to the heater. He checked all of the functions and resolved the issue with the heater. It was the heater sensor and he cleaned it and reset at the fuse. Heater is working perfectly. Issue resolved. He was pleasant and explained the issue and the resolution as he completed the appointment and we are extremely relieved to know our system is working correctly again. We’re grateful that Demetrios is knowledgeable about the system since it was pretty quick for him to resolve the issue. Thank you!”
