“I gave this a three because of the scheduling issues I had. The repair tech and the repair itself was great. The issue is when you call the main number the person I was speaking with did not have the same communication as the techs. The one tech said it was best to come Su day morning vs. late Saturday night and to call the main number if I did not hear from the tech by 8:00 am Sunday. I did and they scheduled me for Monday instead. Yet the tech called 30 minutes later and said he was on his way. Just a lot of confusion I guess.”
