“They weren't even close about the window in which they said they'd be here, they said a tech would be here between 11am-1pm. He showed up at 2:30. Not the techs fault at all but still……The Tech Ryan was great. He is the only reason id use this company again. Very proficient and professional. They give a Veteran discount as well. If it wasnt for the tech being good, id give them 3 Stars based the on time frame issue.”
