“We called to inquire about a 1-time A/C maintenance service because you serviced our HVAC previously at our Meridian home that we purchased new in 2014. When we moved to a new construction home in Star in 2020, the HVAC was under warranty with another company that provided maintenance free for the first year. We had them back the next year but skipped any maintenance last year.

You scheduled us in May but then we got a call about a cancellation for this morning. Kevin texted and called to let us know he was on his way close to 8AM which was very helpful to us in scheduling the rest of our day. Warren met with Kevin and was very pleased with his experience and knowledge. Warren felt Kevin did a thorough job and found a minor freon leak that he repaired. Kevin also cleaned the outside unit and polished it so it looks brand new.
