“Clayton did a great job in explaining what the service entailed. He was on time and professional and answered all my questions. He was able to give me an estimate for a duct cleaning and explained to me what that would entail and that I may need it as he checked the vents. I also signed up for service for the next year and he explained the different levels that are offered by Western. Each person that has come out to service my heater or air conditioner has been great.
