“Sarah was fantastic. She was able to answer all my questions, get answers when needed, and didn't try to sell me everything. She was knowledgeable in the maintenance programs and could quickly move around my account without having me repeat information. She admitted to still being relatively new to the team, but I wouldn't have known that from her ease of conversation, product knowledge, and familiarity with the customer software she is using. Great job to her. Sarah is another reason why I continue to do business with Western Heating and Air Conditioning.”
