“Demetrios has a "can do" attitude. Not only he did an excellent job servicing our two gas furnaces, he also helped resolve an issue with one of our water heaters (within 10 min. of his arrival!!!). It was great to get reliable hot water back, especially in December! We appreciated the fact that Demetrios was professional and personable, he provided explanations and detailed information during different steps of the service/repairs. He was respectful of our home, and made sure the work area was clean after the service. He is a friendly, optimistic person; it was a pleasure to meet Demetrios. We will certainly make sure to ask for him next time we schedule an appointment with Western Heating and Air. Thank you, Demetrios!”
