“I am very impressed with Demetrios! He was very friendly, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. Our situation was somewhat unique, as the no flame problem magically fixed its self two minutes before Demetrios arrived. I do know intermittent problems are the worse. Demetrios Did full system checks and inspections, including a heat exchanger inspection and no issues could be found. For the future, he gave us estimates on the cost of and control board and/or gas valve replacement, as they are likely culprits. We thank Demetrios and Western Heating AC.”

“The reason for the rating is Spencer was not trained for our type of heating system and told us that. The initial problem was the house was getting too hot. Spencer tuned the heat off totally and We were left over the weekend with no heat at all. I Called again Monday morning and Requested Russ Lantz (who has worked on our system for years) to come repair it. Turns out repair not possible so our heat pump replaced.
Bottom line please send trained service people to repair what they know, not untrained individuals. It makes everyone much happier.”
