They spent the time necessary to patch some of the ducting that was leaking and installing new ducting where necessary. I'm a very picky person and it exceeded my expectations!!!
They also took the time to teach my wife and I how to operate the Ecobee T-stat, as well as how to incorporate the app on our smart phones.
